Order Processing Time
Our model for web sales is completely different to many other workwear websites. We offer the largest range anywhere on the web and can offer you the largest selection of workwear available. We work with over 30 suppliers operating in over 60 countries and stock is located at various distribution centres around Europe. Whilst we carry a large range of products in stock it is impossible for us to ensure we have everything available all the time. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us, but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments and will if asked to do so by you,we may make an charge for any extra delivery costs for this service. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.

Delivery Time - UK & Irish Orders
Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days FROM THE DATE OF SHIPPING THE ITEM AND NOT INCLUDING THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME and we ship either via our Parcel Carrier Business Post or Royal Mail for orders shipped to Uk and Ireland addresses.
For orders shipped via Royal Mail we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
For orders shipped via parcel carrier we will need to wait 5 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

Delivery Time European Orders
Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days FROM THE DATE OF SHIPPING THE ITEM AND NOT INCLUDING THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME  and we ship either via our Parcel Carrier DHL or Royal Mail overseas services.
For orders shipped via Royal Mail we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
For orders shipped via parcel carrier we will need to wait 10 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

Delivery Time Rest Of The World Orders
Delivery usually takes 7-14 working days FROM THE DATE OF SHIPPING THE ITEM AND NOT INCLUDING THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME and we ship either via our Parcel Carrier DHL or Royal Mail overseas services.
For orders shipped via Royal Mail we will need to wait 28 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
For orders shipped via parcel carrier we will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
